A man died Friday night after he was shot at an apartment complex in Aurora after an argument with another man, police said Saturday.

The men began arguing after one showed up at a neighboring home in the 22000 block of East Ottawa Drive and began banging on the door of a woman he knew, Aurora police wrote in a release. That’s just south of East Arapahoe Road in the Saddle Rock Golf Club South neighborhood.

The argument escalated, and the two men moved to another apartment, where one man was shot. He died at the scene.
