Tickets to the show, which is set for 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4 at the Union Colony Civic Center, 701 10th Ave., go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. For Backstage stars and UCCC newsletter subscribers, advance tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Young “boasts an unbroken streak of success built on songs that balance country roots with a modern edge and connect through real feeling,” according to an event description.
Young’s career was jump-started in 2006 when he won the fourth season of the reality singing competition “Nashville Star.”

His second album, “The Man I Want to Be,” was released in September 2009 and yielded him his first No. 1 country singles with the title track, as well as “Voices” and “Gettin’ You Home (The Black Dress Song).”
Since then, he’s charted 11 more No. 1 singles, including “Tomorrow,” “You,” “Aw Naw,” “I’m Coming Over” and “Famous Friends.”
In 2017, Young was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry.
