4 people found ‘obviously deceased’ in Thornton home

Thornton Police Department officers found four people “obviously deceased” in a home Saturday night, police officials said.

Officers responded to the home in the 13900 block of Harrison Street at around 8 p.m. after a family member called 911 and said they believed “multiple individuals were unresponsive inside the residence.”

Police are investigating the case as a homicide, but investigators do not believe there is a threat to the community, department officials said in a news release.

The names of those killed will be released after they’re identified by the Adams County Coroners Office.
