Former Denver Nuggets general manager Calvin Booth and his wife, Keisha, are selling their renovated Cherry Hills Village home for $5.2 million.<\/p>\n

The 1-acre property features a resort-style pool and direct access to Little Dry Creek and the High Line Canal Trail.<\/p>\n

The 5,600-square-foot, five-bedroom, six-bathroom home on Grand Ave. was completely reimagined by the Booths, who bought the property for $1.6 million in 2019.<\/p>\n

When they bought the home, they wanted it to connect with the creek running behind it.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were drawn first to the home\u2019s privacy and serene setting, especially its quiet connection to Little Dry Creek and the nearby trail,\u201d Keisha Booth said.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut there was little relationship to the outdoors, so we removed an exterior wall and added floor-to-ceiling windows, opening the interior fully to the creek\u2019s movement, the trees and the surrounding landscape.\u201d<\/p>\n

An artist herself, Keisha Booth said the renovation became as much a personal creative project as a real estate one.<\/p>\n

She designed the gardens and reshaped each room to feel \u201cboth elevated and intimate,\u201d with light, texture and nature woven into daily life without sacrificing ease of entertaining.<\/p>\n

A dedicated wellness wing houses a private sauna, and the finished lower level adds a game room and a bespoke pet studio.<\/p>\n

Calvin Booth spent parts of eight seasons with the Nuggets front office, joining as assistant general manager in 2017 before being promoted to general manager in 2020. He and former head coach Michael Malone built the roster around Nikola Jokic that delivered the franchise its first NBA championship in 2023. Booth and Malone were both let go by the team in April 2025. Calvin Booth has since done consulting work with college basketball programs.<\/p>\n

Listing agent Bridget Marx of Kentwood Real Estate said homes of this scale and finish rarely come to market in Cherry Hills Village.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis estate reflects a complete, no-expense-spared transformation,\u201d Marx said.<\/p>\n

\n<\/div>\n

The Booths are moving out of the Denver area.<\/p>\n

Keisha Booth said she hopes the next owner finds the same sense of calm and connection to nature that drew the couple to the property in the first place.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis place has offered community, opportunity and the space to build and accomplish so much together,\u201d Keisha said. \u201cIt will always remain a meaningful chapter.\u201d<\/p>\n
