Denver police arrested three teenagers on suspicion of murder after a 19-year-old man was lured to a location in the southwest metro and shot to death, agency officials said Friday.<\/p>\n

Officers responded to the shooting at 11:02 p.m. on Aug. 6 in the 4100 block of West Custer Place and found Maikel Garresquero Mavo with gunshot wounds in the passenger seat of a car that had crashed into a parked vehicle, according to the Denver Police Department.<\/p>\n

Investigators believe Mavo was lured to the location, possibly because of a prior dispute, and when he and the driver arrived, three people quickly approached and started shooting.<\/p>\n

The driver of the vehicle, who has not been identified, fled on foot.<\/p>\n

Police said they identified Davidson Semeco-Acurero, 18, as a suspect in the shooting, along with a 17-year-old male and 13-year-old female. All three were arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder.<\/p>\n

Information about Semeco-Acurero\u2019s next court appearance was not immediately available.<\/p>\n
