The driver of the truck was not injured. He was not taken into custody or immediately charged with any crimes or cited. The news release did not identify either man.<\/p>\n<p>At about 8:45 a.m., CSP was told that a pedestrian was running into traffic on southbound I-25 near U.S. 34, causing traffic to swerve.
