You\u2019re not alone, poll says.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Officers arrested Fernando Sebastian Chavez on Monday night after identifying him as a suspect in the July 13 shooting in the 3800 block of West Arizona Avenue, department leaders said in a news release.<\/p>\n<p>Police responded to a 911 call about the shooting at 9:11 p.m. and found a man, James Ruiz, who had been shot.
