The woman told the dispatcher that her brother is \u201con the spectrum\u201d and that her 86-year-old mother was still inside the home. She can also be heard telling her mother to lock the door.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlease don\u2019t shoot him \u2014 he has mental illness,\u201d the woman can be heard on body camera footage telling police as they arrive on scene, later adding: \u201cHe\u2019s not a violent person, he\u2019s really not.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At least five officers can be seen in body camera footage responding to the home in the 200 block of Flint Way. One officer can be heard in the footage telling the man several times to drop the knife. The same officer says that the man\u2019s mother is \u201cright behind\u201d the man inside the home.\u00a0The man then turned toward the house, and one officer used a stun gun on the man, but he appeared to continue moving.
