Mississippi Ave., in Lakewood, opened in 2017 after Zach Parini left his job as a baker at Golden\u2019s Grateful Bread to dig into the world of Neapolitan-style pizzas with a counter-service restaurant. In 2020, business picked up significantly as people got take-out pies during the pandemic. Parini\u2019s shop was only open from 3 to 9 p.m., though, so he could protect his family time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is with gratitude that we share, that after 10 years, Pizzeria Lui is closed,\u201d the store posted on Instagram on Friday. \u201cWe thank you for your loyalty and appreciation over the years. It has been wonderful getting to know each and every customer. Thank you to the team at Pizzeria Lui for your hard work and dedication.
