{"id":1715,"date":"2026-06-17T21:04:15","date_gmt":"2026-06-17T21:04:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coloradospringsmoverss.com\/?p=1715"},"modified":"2026-06-17T21:04:15","modified_gmt":"2026-06-17T21:04:15","slug":"new-cafe-and-cocktail-bar-signs-lease-at-rinos-steel-house","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coloradospringsmoverss.com\/?p=1715","title":{"rendered":"New caf\u00e9 and cocktail bar signs lease at RiNo\u2019s Steel House"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div><strong>Getting your Trinity Audio player ready&#8230;<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Amoret, a new caf\u00e9 and cocktail bar from partners Kurt Henkel and Daniel Masters, is set to open this fall after signing a least on a 2,327-square-foot space at Steel House\u00a0in Denver\u2019s RiNo neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>The business will occupy an area at 3100 Brighton Blvd., next to the property\u2019s office lobby entrance, according to a Wednesday announcement from Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners and Denver-based Elevation Development Group.<\/p>\n<p>The 70- to 80-seat space will feature  French influences alongside contemporary design elements. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEverything I build is rooted in creating spaces that bring people together through thoughtful design, hospitality and atmosphere,\u201d said Masters, founder of Hello Darling and Flora.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe space at Steel House felt like the right place to create something lasting for the RiNo neighborhood, a place designed for connection, creativity and community throughout the day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Steel House was completed in 2025, featuring more than 300,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of retail space. Developers Beacon and Elevation acquired the land in 2019 and broke ground in early 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and Open Studio Architecture, the 12-story building also features a range of amenities, including a 13,000-square-foot outdoor terrace,  a tenant lounge, a two-story gym, a rock-climbing wall, an indoor basketball court, a yoga studio, a conference facility for more than 200 people, a bike room with repair stations and outdoor terraces on every floor.<\/p>\n<p>The project has attracted interest from several employers, including Oakland, Calif.-based tech firm Fivetran, which is expected to move into the building by October after signing a nearly 33,000-square-foot lease for a floor at the top of the property.\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Additionally, BusinessDen reported late last year that Denver-based hospitality company Alterra Mountain Co. was also eyeing space in the industrial-style building.<\/p>\n<p>The Brighton Boulevard corridor continues to emerge as one of RiNo\u2019s fastest-growing mixed-use districts, according to the announcement.<\/p>\n<p>With more than 7,500 residential units nearby and continued development throughout the corridor, the area is seeing increased demand for hospitality, retail and service-oriented concepts.<\/p>\n<p><em>Get more business news by signing up for our On The Block newsletter.<\/em><\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/coloradospringsmoverss.com\/?p=1706\">Lake Mead\u2019s slow demise just sped up in latest federal study<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/coloradospringsmoverss.com\/?p=1711\">A look at presidential libraries as the Obama Presidential Center opens to the public this week<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/coloradospringsmoverss.com\/?p=1713\">Starter homes for more than $1 million?
