Each of the four testified that they blacked out after being served drinks by Kats and later realized they had been sexually assaulted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor nearly a decade, the entitled behavior of this sexual predator went unchecked,\u201d Deputy District Attorney Brynn Chase stated in the release. \u201cWhat these four women endured to bring this serial rapist to justice shows why so many victims choose to stay silent.
