A gated estate in Cherry Hills Village, renovated from the studs up, sold for $10.3 million, making it April\u2019s highest-priced home sale in the Denver area.<\/p>\n

The mansion was one of two Cherry Hills Village properties to rank among April\u2019s top sales, a list that also features homes in Denver and Boulder. CHV Home Inc., a Colorado-based, family-run luxury real estate company that specializes in transforming high-end residential properties, acquired the Sunset Drive property in November 2024 for $3.8 million.<\/p>\n

The renovation added a chef\u2019s kitchen, natural stone finishes, custom fixtures, an elevator, a full bar, a home theater, and a golf simulator.<\/p>\n

Outdoors, the property was reimagined as a resort-style retreat, featuring a pool and jacuzzi, sports court, golf practice area, and a fully finished 1,118-square-foot guest house with a bedroom, living room and bar.<\/p>\n

Set behind private gates on over three acres, the 10,869-square-foot residence boasts eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms.<\/p>\n

After listing the renovated mansion for $11.5 million in January, it went under contract on April 6, with the sale closing on April 28.<\/p>\n

Boxwood Leaf LLC purchased the property. Helm Weaver Helm with Compass Denver represented both buyer and seller.<\/p>\n

According to MLS data, here are April\u2019s next four most-expensive home sales in the Denver area:<\/p>\n

1400 block White Hawk Ranch Drive in Boulder: $6.2 million<\/h4>\n

Sitting on 1.7 acres with sweeping mountain views, the 13,000-square-foot mansion combines resort-style amenities with state-of-the-art energy efficiency using a full solar system. The home has 16 fireplaces, four balconies and a dedicated dog shower.<\/p>\n

VNK Trust sold the mansion to Rajendra Kadari and Bhargavi Gorukanti. Kadari and Gorukanti are the co-founders of Summit Medical Consultants. Kadari serves as CEO and Gorukanti as president.<\/p>\n

800 block S. Milwaukee St. in Denver: $5.6 million<\/h4>\n

This new build in Bonnie Brae features six bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across 6,737 square feet. Pan Pacific Development LLC purchased the property for $1.6 million in 2021 and completed the home in 2026.<\/p>\n

Stacy and Holly Mazur purchased it. Stacy Mazur is the managing partner of Mazur Capital LLC. Holly Mazur is the founder and president of Lew Dog Gives, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting animal rescues, sanctuaries and shelters.<\/p>\n

30 block Sedgwick Drive in Cherry Hills Village: $4.9 million<\/h4>\n

Buyer\u2019s agent:<\/strong> Nicole Pominville with Compass-Denver<\/p>\n

This five-bedroom, seven-bath estate spans 8,656 square feet on a sprawling, secluded lot. The main level is anchored by a newly renovated chef\u2019s kitchen. The home features high ceilings and oversized windows that frame manicured gardens and a resort-style backyard, complete with a swimming pool and multiple patios for al fresco dining.<\/p>\n

Seller KLis Trust, which bought the mansion for $1.6 million, listed it for $5 million on March 24, and it went under contract a week later. The sale closed on April 30 for $60,000 under the list price.<\/p>\n

120 block S. Cherry St. in Denver: $4.7 million<\/h4>\n

Buyer\u2019s agent<\/strong>: Non-MLS participant<\/p>\n

This modern ranch-style home in Denver features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms across 7,100 square feet. The open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with large windows that provide abundant natural light and access to the backyard for indoor-outdoor living.<\/p>\n

The main floor includes a primary suite with a spa-inspired bathroom and two additional bedroom suites. The lower level offers a lounge area, a bar, a wine room, a fitness studio, and two guest suites.<\/p>\n

Sellers David Pittaway and Jeannine Dufresne-Pittaway bought the home for $4.5 million in 2021 and listed it for $4.8 million in February. Judith Lindquist and William Sollee closed on the property on April 23.<\/p>\n

The Pittaways spent $9 million for a renovated and expanded 1927 Denver Country Club mansion in February.<\/p>\n

Pittaway is the vice chairman, senior managing director, and chief compliance officer of Castle Harlan Inc., a New York-based private equity firm.<\/p>\n
