Northbound I-25 reopens near Pueblo after semitrailer fire

Northbound Interstate 25 reopened near Pueblo on Tuesday after a semitrailer fire shut down the highway for more than an hour, police said.

The highway reopened as of 11:50 a.m. after officials closed the road at 10:30 a.m. when a truck caught fire. Northbound lanes were closed between Exit 97A for Central Avenue and Exit 97B for Abriendo Avenue, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
