One person was injured Thursday morning in a boating incident at Chatfield State Park, according to Colorado Parks and Wildlife.

Limited information about the incident was available, but one person sustained a serious leg injury, Colorado Parks and Wildlife spokesperson Kara Van Hoose said.
Another person was injured in a boating accident on the Chatfield Reservoir earlier this month, shortly before 4:30 p.m. on July 11, according to the agency.
Paramedics took that victim, an unidentified man, to the hospital with unspecified injuries. He is expected to survive, Van Hoose said last week.

The boat operator from the July 11 incident was issued a citation for careless driving and allowing an unsafe riding position, she said. Additional information about the incident was not available.
