One person was killed in a shooting in Denver’s Globeville neighborhood early Saturday, police officials said.

Police responded to the shooting near East 45th Avenue and North Sherman Street and found one victim, officials said at on social media just before 1 a.m.
The victim was pronounced dead at a hospital, and police have not arrested a suspect, according to the department.

This was the second fatal shooting in Denver in less than 12 hours. A man was killed in a shooting in Green Valley Ranch about 5 p.m. Friday, police officials said.
