A driver who collided with a stalled vehicle on Interstate 25 on Thursday night has died of their injuries, according to an update Friday evening from the Denver Police Department.

A driver heading southbound on I-25 near 6th Avenue hit a stalled vehicle. Both drivers were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the vehicle that collided with the stalled vehicle was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to an update provided on X.
