David Robert Nelimark, 53; May Gnia Nelimark, 49; and their son Asher Keith Kub Nelimark, 13; were found fatally shot at a home in the 3900 block of Harrison Street on May 22, according to police and the Adams and Broomfield County Coroner’s Office.

Joey King Vue, 33, was also found at the home with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, the Thornton Police Department said.

Investigators believe Vue, who was related to the Nelimarks, fatally shot them before dying by suicide.

The cause and manner of their deaths is still under investigation, the coroner’s office said.

The Nelimarks are survived by another son, according to a GoFundMe fundraising page.

“Asher was deeply loved by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him,” organizers wrote on the page. “His kindness, spirit and presence left a lasting impact on so many lives.”

May and David Nelimark “will also be remembered for the love they shared with their family, friends, and community.”
